Dear all,

While I was looking for a infantry saber, I found this very nice cartridge casing. Its height is about 23cm and the internal diameter is 21cm. Based on these specs I believe its a 21cm Mörser casing.

DSC02774

The base of the casing is nicely marked with RhMF (Rheinische Munitionsfabrik) Dusseldorf. Furthermore, it was manufactured in september 1915. 32 is probably the lot number and SP61 is the control mark.

Although I have a big mouth, its still too big to hold the toothbrushes. Therefore, I will put it in the bathroom to hold the toilet brush :D

Hey Edwin!
As long as your little daughter doesn't eventually use it for toilet training!! :D

Well Ron you are almost spot on because my oldest daughter, who is nearly 3 and fully potty trained, asked whether she was allowed to use it for pee-pee :D

Best regards,

Edwin
