Hello all,

Here's my latest acquisition. It completed its journey from the USA just before the Easter long weekend, so I've had a lot of time to just stare happily at it.

I need to pluck up the courage to swap the cockades to the correct sides (those split pins just look so fragile, and I am fairly ham-fisted when it comes to delicate work!)

I know the exiting feeling of opening a parcel you have been waiting for impatiently.

I also have a helmet with the cockades in the wrong place, but that doesn’t bother me; I’m leaving it this way, maybe the soldier was trying to make a statement. :D
 
My God what a piece of crap, you have been completely taken in.....so much so that I would buy that off you in a New York Minute! Hopefully, even in Aus, you know that's pretty Quick! Congrats!
