Just for information if someone ever receives something from ebay that is not as described its really easy to open a case and have something returned.

If the seller is not interested in your comments just open a return case and say reason for return is that it's not as described ebay will force them to take an interest really quick.

You will get a full refund plus return shipping cost even if they list it as no returns excepted. This is one way to get sellers to properly describe items and not try to hide damage.

I have a feeling my friend Sandy that you are a bit stubborn like myself and were intent on making this helmet into what it is now
