Just got this one from Germany, nice Uberzug marked for Inf Reg. 3 Wurttemberg, 121 on front. Is this a new variation

Ron you got it!! First Kinder Uberzug I have seen! Thanks to a good friend in Dallas for pointing it out to me!

Great find. I suspected that it was a genuine pickelhaube cover. Most people think that the small sized helmets are "childs" helmets when in fact they are regular helmets. Congrats!!!!
