I'll take the plunge to start this forum rolling. This is a forest green uniform belonging to Ensign John Cunningham Stewart USN. Stewart became a naval aviator on 9 October 1918. He did not serve overseas.
During World War II, Stewart served aboard USS Sandalwood and USS San Francisco and was Senior Surface Controller, Com 5.
I have the trousers as well, but did not photograph them.
