Hi all I’m looking for Silver trims for a metal Picklhaube Prussian ‘ can anyone help please 🙏?

The one in the picture above does not appear to be tin it looks to be made of leather check out the stitching on the front brim and the shape.

Or maybe it's just my old eyes. :geek:
 
The shell has slots, so a front plate with normal loops should fit, if you find the correct size plate. The round hole below the slots are for the brad that fastened the front of the liner band. Finding a silver plate and spike is not impossible if you are patient, but the four brads will be tough. I have never seen a pioneer metal kit helmet either, but I guess it’s possible they existed. At that late point of production, I would think the silver parts were long gone.
