Are there any markings which can help in determinate the origine of this telephone?

The metal piece inside the lid is marked Albert Pernet and Paris.
Does it appear to be WWI era or later?

It's not really the same, but your's could be one of the variants.

I don't know much about French field phones, so i don't know exactly if your field Phone was made during ww1 or afterwards.
