Offered is an original WW1 Prussian enlisted man's pattern Guard Eagle front plate or wappen for a pickelhaube helmet. This would have been worn on any of the following Guard Regiments: 1st Guard Regiment of the Foot, 5th Guard Regiment of the Foot, Guard Fusilier Regiment, Guard Pioneer Battalion, and 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Eisenbahn Regiment.
The eagle is obviously missing the guard star as seen in photos, just as I found it.
The neusilber finish is very nice on the eagle as seen in photos.
