Nice original one or just another, messed up, example ?

That looks like a good one to me, Nice complete helmet!

Any markings on inside back visor?

Welcome! As James said, it looks like a good sound helmet. I notice that the inside is a bit 'glossy', as if it's been waxed or oiled. Do you know if anybody has applied wax, saddle soap or something like Neatsfoot oil? If so, that could adversely impact it in the long run...

Hi, also welcome on this magnifficent forum.
Your helmet appears to be a good one, only it's cleaned up.
The inside seems to be greased up as Ron says... For me personally that would be a problem, for others not.
Also one of the fingers of the liner was ripped of, a few others are thorn... for me also a problem, for others not.
The helmet plate seems to have had a little bit to much TLC and the grey paint is gone at some places, yet there is no patina as you can see at the spike base and the back spine.
All in all it's a nice and original helmet, but somebody had better not "cleaned" it. This is of course just a personal preference and at the end counts that the helmet is original.

Welcome. A very nice example of the Prussian M15. You are lucky that it also comes with original kokarden and above all an original chin strap. Enjoy!
 
Is this in your collection, or are you looking to purchase it? I'll tell you this much, It's a LOT better than my first purchase!

Overall a nice and authentic M15, although I prefer haubes untouched and uncleaned.
