New Sun Helmet website

I suppose I'm not going to let a broken hand slow me down. Just before I left for vacation I updated my website:

Since it will be a while before I will write another book on the subject, I have decided to focus on providing information through this site. It will be updated sporadically, but I am also looking for contributions and any information on the subject of sun and pith helmets, as well as period photos or helmets in collections.

In addition to the classic Wehrmacht's 1st pattern Heer Tropenhelm and a US Army Officer Sunhat from WW2, I also have a nice WW2 Italian Inf. Rgt. Nr.56 Pith Helmet with a German military stamp inside placing that Regt. under the command of the Germans/Rommel in North Africa...

My dream is to find the guts to buy am M1902 German East Asian Tropenhelm (& neck guard) some day before they're all gone!
