Cross looks a bit large, double motto? Chin strap doesn't look correct (has adjusting holes???).

Yes, the cross looks too large, and there are ?sizing adjustment holes on one side of the chinstrap.

Look at the ?wire behind the viewer's left side of the reservist cross, visible in photograph #2. What is with that?
