Yup, its a Russian WWI cap... or so it says... would any of you guys be able to tell for sure? I have noticed that on all the other rusian caps the badge on the front looks different...

You forgot the link again, at this rate, you are more forgetful than us old farts. By the way, the only helmet I saw at the show last week end was a nondiscript M16 with a repro liner and chin strap for nearly three hundred bucks, I think something better will turn up.

I thought this might be the one, it is offered by Randy T and looks good to me, the cocade is the correct OR version, I suspect that Andrew has seen a cap with the NCO cocard on it, it is a little more detailed.
