Officer Kokarde for opinion

Hmmm...its not giving me that warm fuzzy feeling. Is the base metal brass? Although the details on the ring are good, the double prongs on the back are strange...
 
The base metal is magnetic. I still have not find a Kokarde to compare with. But why make a reproduction so complicated with those three double prongs?????
 
Reproductions in my opinion, the paint colour is not right. The most obvious thing is the prongs on the back which are folded and holding the ring to the kokarde, they are not correct. Even the holes cut in the card board. Totally wrong. These are not originals and I have seen hundreds.
