Officer of an airship or telegraph battalion

Hi Folks,
A quick question this item is down as an Officer's shako of an airship or telegraph battalion, to me it looks like a standard Jager officer's, I know nothing about these items and wondered if some one could put me right please.

The cloth covered body, silver eagle, flat brass chin scales and silver rosette define it as belonging to Nr. 3 or Nr 5 Luftschiffer Battalion, or Telegraph Battalion 2 through 8i. Nice looking Tschako.

Thanks for that, I'm not really very good at this by the looks of things I thought the silver eagle had just lost it's gilding and I've just realised I've posted in the wrong category, Sorry.
