Making a replacement leather visor for that piece is not going to be easy.....entire visor is gone.

Too much Math involved for me. How would you calculate that curve??

Math is only somewhat needed....you can basically measure roughly and/or by eye and use a template of paper. You can make as many size as you want by following the curve of the trim.
