Any ideas what this is about?
I dont think its a hospital train because there are no obvious Red Crosses, doctors and medics.
The guy in the pickelhaube looks like he is in charge (and he looks familiar) and everyone is looking across at their seven o' clock, even the soldiers in the carriage. They could be looking at the camera of course.
My guess either something has happened or they are all out of the train to meet and greet.
