That's a beautiful looking helmet & cover! :bravo: Looks like it is for the 1st Schwere Reiter Regiment, or Chevauleger Regiments 2, 4, 6, 8.

I have a similar helmet w/the spike, white yak hair parade plume, field cover, and carry case.

Beautiful helmet, James is going to be drooling over that one. Is it vulcan fibre?....usually they are in that excellent condition.
 
Thanks for all the nice comments ! I am sure I will learn much more from the group if you all are like Brian, he has helped me quite a bit with identifying what I have. As soon as I can figure out how to use the picture posting process I will post more pictures of my collection !
