I still as a cadet rememver November 11th Parades where the Veterans would Parade with the Regiment and there were st least 100 WW1 vets alone .
If you ever gat a chance to see the film footage of the Vimy memorial Parade in London from 1941 ,look for it . Over half the Parade are in BD about 14 are in civies. there must have been at least 3000-5000 men in it .
ven ask WW2 vets who may have seen this event as the only people who were allowed to march in the parade were WW1 veterans.
The One of 2 Vets in Canada is still going and was made a life time member of the Regimental association recently.
