Looks to good to be true?? I am no expert on these, but it looks ok?
Couple things bug me:
1) He is in England, but listing it in Ebay France?
2) He has two bad feedbacks, both say he sells reproductions
3) He is a militaria dealer, he should know these are worth far more??

It is not listed in ebay France, I suspect that Sébastien is in France and his My ebay page is on ebay.fr, that would cause his link to the auction to be shown through ebar.fr, but I would tend to agree with Istanbulian's assesment of the seller, he is in the same region as military bargains UK.

I just noticed another disturbing thing about his feed back, there is only one item in his feed back that is IDed, all others are listed as private, a red flag for a questionable history of this seller.

My first impression here is that this helmet is a very high quality replica that was being made in England a few years back. Not sure who it was but they made some very good stuff, especially the helmet body.
I would ask for pictures of the wappen and the Lion... those will be the key parts to examine.

I have seen these made as museum quality replica's . New they cost around $3000 US . But that is not distessed . I think it to be fake ,
