Hello,

Today I got the books from Paul Sanders about German Imperial Hussars. In this book is saw this picture of the Parade Zaumzeug of the Officers in Hussar Regiment 15.
Nice picture, unfortunately there is a uniform of the 5 th Hussars Infront of it.

I am looking for a picture of only the Zaumzeug, and the Zaumzeug complete with Shabraque, but not with the 5th Hussar in front of it.
Who can help me to provide a picture of it.

He is a nice fellow , with a very strong collection of Husaren officers
I have known him and his brother and his late father since about 1970
He had an "open house " for fellow collectors one year after the Max show
Weitze was there

I gave him the email address of Brian Sanders
so I am out of the loop about the photo
My understanding from Brian was that part of the
display was on loan for use in the book from a collector
in Germany . It seems that since then the collector
in Germany has sold the items in the photo
so only some can be reshot, but not the total photo ?

You may want to get a hold of a book, "Hussars and Mounted Rifles. Uniforms of the Imperial German Cavalry 1900-1914" by D.H. Hagger. published by Almark 1974.

That book do I have. But want to have a picture of it complete with shabraque.

I saw it in the sanders book.
