Here's my latest aquisition. Last week, this one traveled all the way to my warroom to meet his friends and decided to stay...
It's a high quality Saxon Pelzmutze for officers Regt. 18 and made of otter fur...

Karel I am still reeling! I am not sure how I would care for the hair without making it all fall out. Did it come in a box? I mean it is so pristine it is like it was just opened yesterday. Look at the liner!!! I am also looking at the maker's Mark. May I put this on the list? Is there a plume? This was one heck of a find.

Just to help me with my drooling could you possibly put pictures of your Probe tags in the thread on sealed examples in the Pickelhaube discussion? I mean, if I have to lust I would at least like choices! :D :D :D
 
Ok Joe, I also think it's better to have choices... and you may use the makers mark... and there is no plume... and it didn't come in a box...

Yes, please send us all a box of tissues, the drooling problem is one reason many of us are not allowed to have such fine examples, as it will cause the hair to fall out and the brass to tarnish.

I know, I know :D :D ... but sometimes I've some luck too :P ... This was a once in a lifetime opportunity for me and so I had to pull a rib out for this baby :crybaby: ...
But hey, I hope you guys also enjoy this busby as I do :thumb up: ...

Sadly, we can not enjoy this as much as you, until it sets on our shelf., but I still have all my ribs (actually, I have an extra, so I guess I am not a son of Adam)

Is that all? They had to saw off one of mine once and I didn't get a Busby! :occasion6: I wonder what you would've had to give them for box? A kidney? I think this is quite wonderful for only a rib! :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9: :laughing9:
