Nice display! I also would like the new owner of the haube would join us here, as I understand he's a young starting collector, so he could learn a lot here from us.
I for one learned a lot, and was prevented from buying fakes, so being a member here can save a lot of money, besides learning a lot.

I do like the picture as well.
The damage does not bother me.
It has the look of been there done that over 100 years ago.

Very nice picture, it reminds me of my bedroom as a youngster. I used to paint toy solders to add to my little displays.
