Thats an easy one Brad...the liner is bogus and consequently both visors have been restitched. Look at the liner, it is all puffy around the rim of the shell. Originals are not like that.

The odd placement of the vent shutter and the trim sticking past the visor rivets, plus the puffy stitch line makes me wonder if the entire shell is a fake.
The inner reinforcing plate has a weird impression around the center, too.

I wouldn't accept this as an original for an instant. The leather texture on the outside of the shell does nothing to induce any confidence in me.
Pretty nice repro though. The liner also has 'vent' holes at the brow area.
