Pickelhaube for review

Hello all. It is not often I visit, perhaps not as often as I should be. I have been offered a decent looking pickelhaube, seller states chinstrap is newer probably reproduction and it looks like it. Another collector told me the cockade eagle is most likely a reproduction. Please review pictures. I am fairly new to collecting pickelhaube and would like others opinions

I'll say the cockades on sides are reproduction. Also the chinstrap. I am unsure of the eagle..

Hi you have a baden enlisted man pickelhaube. Marking is correct for the baden state. Very nice exterior helmet body and excellent liner.

Chinstrap and state cockade are reproduction. Can't see the reich cockade from the picture though. Grifdin Wappen looks original to me.

A nice Baden M15 helmet in very good condition, probably never issued due to the excellent interior. As said, chin strap and cockades are reproductions which is very common.

Nothing more to add, except there are a lot of eyes here on the forum hunting daily for "new" items for our collections and we are also pretty versed in the current market value.

Ditto for me, the helmet is fine, but the chinstrap and cockades are reproductions. You have to value this beautiful helmet with its good B.A.14 marking, not to mention the chinstrap and cockades (M15 cockades and chinstrap are often lost, and are hard to find in spare parts), hence the many copies on the market: In France, such a helmet sells for 400-500€. I
