The visors have the leather turned the wrong way; the dome is black inside, the spikebase brads are almost ball-shaped, the oddly shaped, spine is held on with a modern nut...but "Everything on the helmet is original." And check out the neckguard stamp, too.

Does the seller really believe his own description? Surely he is not for real.

100% originally fake. I should hope the liner and string are still supple, they're only a few months old... like the ink on that frowzy stamping on the equally atrocious neck guard.

How bogus is that stamp!?! looks like the font Cooper! and those fasteners look like gold painted Skittles.
