Prussian Cockade looks good, National one is bad, seen that repro for sale elsewhere before. The chinstrap can't tell because there aren't good photos of it.
 
The cockades look a little small for a JzP
Yes, normally they should be the larger variant. Then again, it is quite common to find a JzP M15 with the smaller kokarden.
My JzP M15 also has the smaller ones. I agree with Gabe though, the reich kokarde on this one is a repro. I also have my doubt about the chinstrap on it.
