Pickelhaube Train?

I have had this item for many years and they have never been disassembled. All the hardware is silver with tobacco smoke. The belt with scales is also silver. If the belt were gold, it would be pioneer, but I don't know where to assign it?

That's right, all the parts are silver covered with tobacco smoke.

I had thought all Train was gilt color but I’m no expert. I don’t know enough to ID helmet with silver furniture and curved silver strap. Would it be an administrative type helmet?

I have all types of the financier's helmet, but none of them have an eagle like this. In addition, there is no star mounting.I bought this item many years ago from Klaus Emig marked as a Train.
