I am not that familiar with the other marks, but the JR is the Regiment that the helmet comes from i believe, JR standing for Jäger Regiment, somebody smarter than I can probably tell you about the others.

In old german language, the I is also spelled J. So JR stands for infantry regiment.
Jagers never had regiments, only battallions.
I also cannot tell much about the markings, I only can tell, that it was an M95 haube, that was re-issued as an M15 later on, a nice helmet with a long history. See the issue date of 1909.

As Coert65 said, J.R. for Infanterie régiment. A Jäger would be marked J.B. for Battalion, and would be a Shako, not a Spikehelmet.
I read 49R. in the top left-hand corner, and J.R. 2.B. in the bottom right-hand corner. So 49 Infanterie-Regiment, 2nd Battalion.
1909 is the year he joined the regiment.
