On Thurs of this week (Aug 25) I hop on a flight to Fredericton NB to visit Tony Schnurr the "collector of collectors". This flight has been in the works for 6 weeks but I have kept silent so that Gus would not find out and start getting the truck ready again to pay my collection a visit while I am not here! We will be taking lots of fotos of the festivities and will post them on the forum. I just hope my liver holds up! So...stay tuned we will have some fun with this.

The truck is gassed up and pointed your way, thanks for giving me confirmation on your departure date. :)

Hey Brian, please bring back lots of 'souvenirs' from Tony's for everybody... 8-)

Hi guys a couple of photos showing the tough life at Tony's. Amazing collection, the best in Canada!

You are drinking Budweiser? Are you ill?
By the way, It is safe to go home, the truck is gone:)

Brian, regarding the trio of 'haubes / alleged Canadian Budweiser photo. The awesomeness of that photo cannot be overstated or diminished - unless of course your fly was open.

(Wife picked it up when I was showing her what I want for Christmas. Read into that what you will).

Last nights festivities...... excellent food and a lot of beer. Hmmm.... why am I always barefoot in these fotos??

Oh...sorry about the fly being down. Did not notice that either. Too much booze and far too many hauben here. You talk about something, a Tshapka, a Tschako, some exotic helme. Tony goes down into the bunker and the next thing you know there is one on the table in front of you.

You'd think in a country where they have some mighty fine beers (I'm partial to Moosehead) you could find something besides muddy Mississippi water! [-(

Funny Brian I do not remember you being so small, I guess if you ever showed up at SOS again, I would remember!!

Funny no shots of Tony, was he even there?

Hope you had fun

James

OK, enough with Brian's toes! :D We need to see Tony and more of Nina now... (and a few more pictures of the mother of all Canadian bunkers with clear directions to it for Gus's truck :greentank: )

Its Canadian Budweiser. Completely different than the US version. It is full of beery deliciousness.

This is the first time I've ever doubted Tony. We used to carry Bud in case our motorcycles caught on fire... shaking them up and spraying them was cheaper than an extinguisher. I'll have to taste it to believe it... so until then, Bud is still swill. :)

By the way, NICE helmets!

CHEERS!! :occasion5:

Ettaler is also a good choice, but you have to go to Bayern to get some. :)
