Pm won't get in

Hi Brian,
I am unable to receive or send any pm. I constantly get this message:

"You have 2 private messages currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available."

I have emptied my folders, but no change...

Hi Bruno,

I checked your profile and you are green across the board, all permissions active, I have no idea why it was doing that. I upped the PM limit, so give it a try now. I'll send you a PM and if you get it, reply.

I ran into something similar, and had to click on the link to release held PMs, then all was well.
