I think the seller is absolutely correct; either that or it is a parts special.
The parts that give specific cause for concern would be:
(i) Incorrect mount for the spike: for Wurttemburg I think it should be a cruciform base
(ii) Incorrect pearl-ring to the base of the spike
(iii) The spike does not have the 2 rings inscribed on it
(iv) The Wappen looks to be both ultra-thin, of the wrong proportions and is shiny-shiny-shiny when if should be fire-gilt and matt
(v) For an officer's helmet the visor trim is too thick and for Wurttrmburg is the wrong shape; it should be square-cut
.. and there is something very strange and inelegant about the proportions of a spike
That si before getting onto the interior of the haube.
