I did not read what he says ;
So it looks like Garde Kurassiere ?
Blue ? what color blue ?
Not K R 3 ; too dark
or not Russian Blue for K R 6

What do you think ?

I was thinking Garde Kurassier Berlin. It is a darker blue and it is marked Berlin.
