Would the attached cross be soldered on the cuirass or sewn to the tunic? Item not mine.

The eyelets would lead me to think this was meant to be sewn on a tunic.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen this version on a tunic, only the cloth version (or maybe the enamel cross.) Never seen this on a cuirass.

by the way, it is not soldered to the Kurrass, I think the cross is pinned through the kurrass, see these photo's of the inside (I can't check it, as it is on an model-torso), but looking closely at it from the outside it is not soldered

Thanks for sharing, I wonder if breast orders such as the Black Eagle, Red Eagle, etc were bolted on the kurrass?
