Problem with Manion's auction house

Hello.

I recently bought a cap by Manion's. The cas was not original so I send it back: they have a "no hassle" return policy...

No hassle...? They received the cap on december 12 and I'm still waiting for my refund!!!! They told me I will be refund in 30 days but now it's already more than 50 days!

Did some one get the same problem? What can I do? They no longer respond to my messages...

Manions has never had a good name. I know that Ron sold it and it was supposed to get better, but the crap they sell and their service just sucks!
 
We North American collectors have had problems with Manions for decades. I have dealt with them early on in my collector days 1990's and got some decent parts and parts helmets. I never bought anything complete from them. There have been many stories of problems.
