Could anyone confirm the regimental marking on the pommel of this sword I believe it to be 5th East Prussian Regiment Von Boyen number 41 ?.

I can't answer the unit designation, but the insignia on the side of the handle is exactly the same as used by the 13th Uhlans. ". In 1889 Kaiser Wilhelm II was declared the Regimental Chief of the "Ist Hannoverschen Ulanen-Regiment No. 13" which, on the same day, was re-titled "Konigs-Ulanen-Regiment (1 Hannoversches) No. 13".

Done some research and found the marking is for 5th East Prussian Regiment Von Boyen number 41 and also found original owners name Freidrich Munster on German officers list for 1908 bottom right hand column.
