Hey Michel,
The black dot looks bigger than the usual but I'm guessing this could be maker specific.
There's no "fuzziness" to the white cloth which is good and usually means it's quite old plus it's all handstitched--black dot on white cloth and white cloth to backing--as it should.
I don't know about dimensions though as I still haven't received mine to compare.
