Prussian felt with metal liner band

This is the second one I saw with a metal liner band, I have one too, a Bavarian one.

Neither have I, but I also have one with a metal band, I never saw that before, and I saw lots of filz helme.

I have never seen metal reinforce ring. I have seen in cardboard, felt and leather, but never in metal.
