Don't know if he did or not. I was broke from buying something far too expensive, but I would have been all over that if I could have

I agree and, moreover, I can always expect a customs fee of about 20% for purchases from outside the EU :x

In Latvia it is 15% customs tax and + 21% VAT :evil: So for example item with costs 1000 $ total needs to pay 1391,5 $
