Some time ago a member was looking for a M1842 Spike and base. I knew I had one but could not find it in my messy storage room. Voila'....It has resurfaced. This is an original and untouched Prussian M1842 Officers spike and base. Uncleaned. It does not unscrew. Stars at base are proper for the era but are replacements.
