Yes that seller is Randy T. Looks like a good honest helme. Nice to have those markings. Green thread definately not original. Note also that the end of the strap is not beveled. Originals are beveled so the end of the strap fits close to where it is stitched.

IMHO - Helmet looks good (hard to tell in photos but silver finish metal). I think strap and koks replaced.
