I am looking to purchase this... before i commit... Would appreciate any feedback.

Only issue i see at the moment is the broken sceptre & missing cockade....

Looks like an early Tschapka from look of liner, the liner looks good to me. Regiment will depend on the Rabatten. You may want to ask for more pictures. I could see crackline at the neck of the Tschapka. Good luck
