Apart from the fact the cockades seem to have been re-stitched, what do you think of the cap?
For instance, why the multitude of stamps?

I think this is a cap worth collecting ;it has the “Bekleidungs Amt” stamp ,
The year and possibly the regimental stamp ,but I can’t tell from this picture.
