Question about Wappen

Could you please help me with this wappen? What do you think about it? Thank you in advance.

I am not sure (not my specialty), but it looks like it might come from an early Prussian Shako of some sort, maybe early 1800s-30s. Just an idea though. Maybe a put together from a medal of some sort and a cross. Its an interesting thing.

Yes, it‘s Prussian Garde-Landwehr!

Thank you. I think you're right. I've found some photos of hussars busby, but now it's clear.

I think Amy is right and it is a Landwehr guard star after 1899. In 1899 the guard eagle and guard star were enlarged for officers. The new guard star measured 9 cm in diameter and I think it was the same for the EM emblems as my comparisons suggest they were the same dimensions.
