Sorry for the triviality. While browsing the bay I could not determine what this is. I checked my ressources and still found nothing. Mind to give me a short hint?

Model 1915 Prussian Garde helmet plate missing the garde star (slits) and with a broken sceptre. Not really worth bidding on. Brian
