Interesting to see how these older helmets where stored.. it looks more like a mobile pigeon storeageto me, but seems genuine. I've never seen such a storeage before.
As almost in all cases, a minimum starting price results in a no sale on Ebay.
The helmet seems original, including the plume as worn by field artillery. The 'Huppenrohr' to put in the plume is missing.
I am about to finalize a restauration project of a similar helmet, I will post it in short term!
