Recovery of E-Bay Payments

Ok guys, first of all I will fess up to the fact that I have scewed up. I paid for a haube from Germany without getting confirmation of user "Aycanalper"s postal address and subsequently the seller has failed to post me the helmet. :ANGRY:

I am now beyond the 60 day E-Bay dispute process and still can't get satisfaction.

Does anyone know of a way I could try and recovery these funds through the German courts etc ? :-?
 
Did you use Paypal? You can file a claim with them.

This happened to me once with a seller from Germany, after about 60 days Paypal did get my money back.
