Offered for sale is a 9th Hussar Regimental Stein, named to Einjahr Freiwilliger Kilshenuer (spelling?), 1896-1899.
Nice bright colors to the transfer panels, and painted highlights on the panels.
The top portion of the roster on the viewer's left and right side of the central front panel show some fading, as is expected from a 127-year-old used stein.
Some of the painted words and letters on the top area of the stein show some fading, but all words are legible. The lower left and right-side panels also show some fading to some of the words and letters, but all words are legible.
There are No cracks or chips to this stein.
The small wire lance is missing from the mounted hussar figure's hand, as is commonly seen on many of these calvary steins.
Some photos show a "white" glare/reflection area caused by the camera flash reflection when I shot the photos.
The photo of the Lithopane is a bit blurry. I couldn't get the camera to focus properly for the photo.
Price: $350 or "Best Offer" plus Postage.
