Hello my friends, I need some help on buying this regiments geschichte. It is for sale at ebay, but the seller doesn't send to the Netherlands.

In this reserve infanterie regiment my great grandfather fought, and he survived the whole war.
I am his grandson, so, it will be a great asset to have it here.

Can anybody in Germany, I know some members are German, or French now living in Germany buy it, and send it to me?
Off-course, all costs are on my behalf.

Great! I think he wants 100€, which is okay by me too. I'd even go higher than that, as it is the regiment my great grandfather was in.

Thanks Gino! I just bought one at Abebooks. It was more expensive, but that doesn't matter to me.
I just needed it in my collection. Better a bit more, but to have it in my posession means a lot to me. My great grandfather served in that regiment.

The regiments geschichte RIR 213 has arrived today! I am very happy to finally have the regimental history of the regiment my great grandfather was is, and served in during the first world war! There are also several other letters in it, which I found between pages of the book, one belonging to a soldier who was also in this regiment.

I am a happy guy now, to say the least! Thanks again Gino for sending me the link to Abe-books, were I found it. 👍

And now read the book. Always nice to find a book with a lot of treasures in it. I have regimental histories were the Recu with the price of the book.

Indeed it is great to find a regiments geschichte I have been looking for for ages. It even has all the maps still present, which also is a great thing!
It is quite a long read, the book has 767 pages. I will read all of them!
