Look at the rosettes holding the chinscales on. They are silver. I am going off memory, but I believe that would indicate Württembergisches Pionier-Batl. Nr.13.

Grenadier-Regt. Königin Olga (1.Württembergisches) Nr.119 utilized gilt rosettes.
