Very nice! It does seem a bit unusual the there is no motto on the gold cross. We usually see no bandeau ribbon on the eagle but it appears on the reservist cross. There is always something new in this hobby.

The Braunschweig wappen is probably one of if not my very favourite Wappen. I absolutely love the Totenkopf. Very nice.

In my opinion, having looked at these extra photos....everything is good. The square nuts, the tin washers, the screw posts, the solder all look totally original. The cross is gold in colour to contrast with the neusilber skull.
